The Asia Society complex in Hong Kong is a most dramatic site - formerly the British Army explosives depot, it is tucked on a hillside right in the middle of the Central business district, and yet surrounded by spectacular trees…..

The Exhibition at the Asia Society also gave me an opportunity to show my recent book about Hong Kong trees……

And we had a lot of fun with a workshop on the basics of botanical painting…. Many were youngsters, and whilst I told them all about Observation, Persistence and Patience, I decided that I should share with them some of the fun aspects….
